I’m not claiming to own any of the characters, and I’ve tried to stay as canon as possible...

[This is my first ever FMA fic. I never thought I was going to write one, but became inspired by a writing contest that’s coming up. It’s generally G-rated, and was supposed to take a completely different turn that wouldn't make EdxWin fans happy, and somehow doesn’t fit, anymore. I may still attempt that story, so if enough people like this one and want to see where it was supposed to go, I’ll work on it.

The story is going to be posted in five separate chapters, and only completed if there’s interest. | I can count, I swear. | Don’t want to waste my time, and everyone else’s by posting a story no one’s enjoying.

Sidenote: Takes place after episode 17 – House of the Waiting Family and before episode 18 – Marcoh’s Notes; in an AU atmosphere. Spoilers for everything up to episode 17, just to cover my bases. It’s kind of an explanation of what happened for my RPG that’s entirely Alternate Universe, and needed some explaining.]

Each chapter was written before I went to bed, between 5:00 and 6:00 am during a period of five days. They're divided by chapters based on when they were written more than their content.
